Individual therapy helps you explore your problems in a secure environment with your therapist. It provides you with a safe, secure and non-judgmental space. It offers you a place where you are able to be vulnerable and process the issues you are confronted with your therapist.
Couples counseling helps couples recognize and resolve conflicts and improve their relationships. Through couples counseling, you can make thoughtful decisions about your relationship. Our therapist helps you navigate issues as a facilitator. They provides you with space that allows you room to work in a non-judgmental and safe environment.
Applying Mindful Tools For Grief and Loss
This is a psycho-educational group therapy for adults who are experiencing grief and loss. This is a six-week closed group and this group will include 6-8 clients only. Our group sessions will be held via TheraNest (a HIPAA - compliant video platform).

Coping with Anxiety for Adolescents
This is a psycho-educational group for adolescents who are experiencing anxiety.
We practice evidence-based therapeutic models. In this group, we focus on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This group provides an opportunity to learn coping skills/techniques every week. We offer a variety of resources and serve as an excellent place to share information and experiences about panic attacks, general anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, medications, coping skills, and more. The group is a closed group.
