Have you lost a loved one? Do you feel constant pain? Coping with the loss of a close friend or family member may be one of the hardest challenges that many of us face.
Research shows that most people can recover from loss if they have social support and healthy coping skills. Group therapy provides both. This is a psycho-educational group therapy for adults who are experiencing grief and loss. This is a six-week closed group where you will learn mindful tools to apply in your daily life and connect with individuals experiencing similar loss.

Separation or divorce can be very stressful and painful. This is a support group for women. This eight-week workshop will provide a safe, empathetic, non-judgmental and supportive space for women going through various stages of divorce. We will discuss coping skills and strategies to help you get through this difficult time.

DBT provides coping skills such as distress tolerance, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness and mindfulness practices.
