Grief is one of the top three reasons clients seek support. Losing a loved one is likely the most common form of grief people face. However, when we lose anyone or anything we love and/or value, we experience grief. For example, losing a pet, health problems, chronic pain, losing a home, temporary or permanent disability, separation or divorce, job loss or a natural disaster, can be a trigger for grief.
Our counselors are trained in trauma-related counseling and mindfulness practices. We help you process your loss and guide you toward acknowledging and coping with these emotions in a healthy way.
