Anxiety can stem from anything. Sometimes, we are unaware of our triggers and sometimes, we know that it could have stemmed from difficult life transitions such as death of a loved one, separation, divorce, changes in career, and many other reasons. We may feel stressed, anxious, panic, or go through different levels of intensity throughout the day. Anxiety can be experienced on a spectrum. In other words, you may feel a roller coaster of emotions and have some physiological responses such as stomachache, headache, increase in heart rate, etc.
We specialize in treating anxiety and our counselors are trained in anxiety disorders. Our treatment includes Mindfulness practices, yoga, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
We work with teens and women who are experiencing anxiety. We help you to navigate your emotions and thereby release your anxiety.
