You are struggling, you feel overwhelmed, and you are stressed. You feel a broad range of emotions, and don’t know how to handle them. You want to help yourself, but don’t know what to do, or how to get help.
You are here, and I can help you.

Hi, I’m Rujuta!
I understand how frustrating, dis-empowering and stressful our struggles can be. We all go through transitions and experiences in our life where we need more than our will power and strength to get through. Therefore, I founded Mindful Group Practice where we offer a non-judgmental, empathetic and caring space for your mental health needs. Our counselors are trained in Mindfulness Practices and Yoga. They are also well-versed in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. We are eclectic in our approach and strive hard to meet the needs of our clients.
By coming here, you took the hardest and most important step towards the path of healing. You are a parent seeking help for your teen daughter who is experiencing anxiety, depression and who has lost interest in her daily activities. Your teen is an introvert and does not want to hang out with her friends. She has a hard time keeping her friendships. She is struggling with self-image and self-worth. She is on social media and is unable to manage her time. We work with teen girls to help them build confidence to be who they are in this fast-paced world.
Counseling can be a tough choice to make for many reasons. However, finding a therapist can be even more difficult. There are many factors to be considered. Does the therapist have required qualifications? Is the therapist knowledgeable? Does the therapist have experience in the area that you need? But most of all, does the therapist understand me or my teen? Does the therapist meet me therapeutically where I need them to be? Do I feel understood, connected and heard? Can I trust my therapist?
At Mindful Group Practice, our focus is to make that we meet your needs in therapy. Our goal is to help you reach your personal goals. Our therapists pride themselves in having compassion, being kind and empathetic, as well having the necessary educational requirements, expertise and experience.
